Vincenzo Amato is a co-founder and partner at TEKRA. He began his career in 2013 as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson after attending Queens College and graduating with a BA
Prior to co-founding TEKRA, Vincenzo was an Associate Broker at Harvest International where he has successfully completed multiple transactions from industrial and retail transactions to development and land sales. Vincenzo was part of the team that exclusively represented a national restaurant chain in their east coast expansion efforts and has completed deals from Manhattan, NY to Cambridge, MA.
Vincenzo continues to further develop his real estate knowledge and skills while growing successfully. He strives to effectively utilize all his skills, analyze real estate projects, and develop strong relationships with business owners, developers and property owners. He prides himself on providing quality work to clientele, as well as servicing the needs of his clients.
Adriana Contavalle began her career in commercial real estate at a Manhattan based investment sales brokerage in 2016. Adriana has worked with various asset types throughout Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs, with a focus on multi-family and mixed-use properties.
Known for her perseverance and enthusiasm, Adriana treats every client with honesty and integrity. Adriana continues to specialize in the sale of multi-family, mixed-use, commercial assets and development sites in the Outer Boroughs.
Adriana is a graduate of Baruch College where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Investment. She is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish.
Anton Marchuk joined TEK Realty Advisors in 2020 as a commercial real estate leasing and sales specialist and property manager. He has successfully transacted on a variety of commercial real estate transactions throughout the New York Metro Area, which encompass various asset classes such as industrial, retail and community facility.
Anton’s greatest asset is turning his professional relationships into friendships which is reflective in his repeat business with his customers and clients. In addition to his real estate career, Anton is actively involved in community projects. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Anton together with Museum of Korean American Heritage raised $500,000 and procured over 20,000 masks which were donated to the medical agencies across New York and New Jersey.
Anton carries bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the City College of New York. He is fluent in Russian and conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
Chue Quan Li joined TEK Realty Advisors in 2020 after returning to his roots in New York City. Chue spent the previous 10 years living in Shanghai, China where he was able to expand his international network and engage in various business ventures. He strives to continue his family’s legacy in Real Estate which is what led him to pursue his commercial real estate career.
Chue graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Risk Management and is trilingual, speaking and writing English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
